At Connections of Florida, we make the process for referring patients to our virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) as seamless as possible. The virtual IOP offers flexible, comprehensive care for adults who are stepping down from higher levels of treatment or are seeking structured support while living at home.
Getting Started
To start the process of referring a patient to our virtual IOP, you can simply contact the Florida Pod Team by email or phone:
Phone: (800) 555-2247
Email: ConnectionsFL@acadiahealthcare.com
Our team will review the referral, confirm eligibility, and connect with you directly for next steps.
When you reach out to us, please provide the best way for us to contact you, whether by phone or email.
